Client Project Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of client projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline specific tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage project risks, including the identification, assessment, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate meetings and decision-making processes with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with both internal best practices and external regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a consulting or corporate setting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and achieving goals.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
