Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a consulting role with a focus on human resources, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects in talent management and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the proficiency to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.


  • Expertise in HR methodologies and talent management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and comfortable with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the capability to motivate and guide teams.
